1.1Acceptance of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the 755bd platform ("Platform", "we" or "us") and its users ("you" or "Member"). By registering an account on 755bd or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, accepted, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2Key Definitions

• "Platform" — The 755bd website and all services provided under it.
• "Member" — A person who holds and operates an active account on 755bd.
• "Wallet" — A Member's financial balance held within the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional funds granted for promotional purposes, which cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

3.1Password Protection

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number or email), please update your profile in a timely manner. 755bd will not be held responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

3.3Identity Verification (KYC)

We may at any time request that a Member submit relevant documents for identity verification. A valid national ID card, passport, or equivalent document is acceptable. Withdrawals may be delayed until this process is completed.

5.1Welcome Bonus

755bd offers new Members a 120% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: ৳10,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳15,000.

5.2Wagering Requirement

To become eligible to withdraw bonus funds, a Member must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit.

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3General Bonus Terms

• Each Member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Participation in bonus offers is entirely optional.
• If you request a deposit withdrawal while a bonus is active, the active bonus will be cancelled.
• 755bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is suspected (such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts), both the bonus and any associated winnings may be fully forfeited.

7.1Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of a third party.
• Systematically placing bets with the intent to exploit promotional offers or bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Using any technical exploit or software to manipulate or predict game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account while concealing your identity or age.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to mislead other Members.

7.2Monitoring of Suspicious Activity

755bd monitors Member activity through both automated and manual methods. If a suspicious pattern is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation.

9.1Closure at Member's Request

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available valid balance (bonus funds will be cancelled if the bonus conditions have not been met).

9.2Platform-Initiated Action

755bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or financial crime.
• Evidence that an account is being operated by a minor.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or the operation of multiple accounts.
• Extended account inactivity (in accordance with applicable law).

9.3Return of Funds

Except in cases of terms violation, the real balance available at the time of account closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member's payment account.

11.1Data Collection

755bd collects personal information necessary for account management, service improvement, and security. We do not share members' information with third parties, except where required by legal obligation.
